In the event a user forgets their username or password, the user must go to the Login Page then click the ‘Lost Password and/or Login Name? Click here’ button. From there fill in the appropriate fields and we will send you either your username or in the case of a forgotten password a new temporary password so the user can login and manually change their password.

To manually change your password please visit the personal information section within the members area and change you password immediately. If you believe someone has accessed your account and changed the password contact us immediately.

Unfortunately as it is illegal to form a contract under the age of 18 years old, anyone under that age are not permitted to register. However, they can ask an adult to purchase the items on their behalf.

Alternatively you can send an email to admin@ewasted.co.uk. Please include your Full Name, Username and details of the issue and a member of staff will reply promptly.

Please note that under NO circumstance will, any member of eWasted staff or anyone associated or affiliated to eWasted, ask for a password or bank details in any emails. If you receive any emails demanding such details please delete immediately and inform eWasted.

Try and contact the member and ask politely for payment. If the buyer insists on ignoring messages please feel free to contact us and we may be able to help resolve the situation.

At eWasted we pride our self's in offering a friendly environment for people to connect to help everyone out. Firstly please discuss with the other party for possible solutions. If the seller or buyer refuses to complete the transaction then you should:-
Check that the spam filter on your email has not blocked any attempts of contact.
Leave negative feedback on their account for breaching the contractual agreement
The seller may claim back the final sale fee for the item and also re-list the said item for free.
eWasted regard the breach of contract for a sale a serious matter and will terminate any account which defaults on a regular basis. This said we do realise that circumstances can arise where the sale could not be completed, we encourage a empathetic view from both parties.
Please note that refunds for items cannot be issued until 3 days after the auction to allow time for the buyer to make contact.
Please allow a reasonable time delay before any further action is taken and send messages detailing instructions on the best method’s of contact.

Account suspension could be a result of a number of different reasons. You agreed that this web-site, at its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
You have repeatedly broken a certain condition
You have listed a suspicious item
We believe you to be a non paying bidder.
In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

To clear the balance of your eWasted account users must simply go to the members area and click the clear balance button and follow the directions to enable payment to send. For this to work you must have imputed the payment portals information in the personal information area. This information will be given to you on registration with either Paypal or Moneybookers.

To report any suspicious or illegal auction, simply click on the ‘report this auction’ button located on the auction’s page. This button will then take you to members area where you can highlight to admin what abuse is occurring. eWasted take abuse claims extremely seriously and will take action against any person in violation of eWasted’s policies.
